MBe Can it start every program, that starts in windows with autostart or registry entry?
Here is, what I want to do with this program: start all autostart programs with delay, is this possible? I'd like to delete these entries and let your program make this job, does that works? Thanks for clarify

Yes, you can use Hstart to autostart apps with delay:
hstart /DELAY=5 notepad.exe

If you want to start multiple apps simultaneously, run:
hstart /DELAY=5 "hstart notepad.exe calc.exe msconfig.exe"

I hope it helps. Thank you!

MBe Hello Alexander, thanks for answer. But my question was, can I start EVERY program, not only windows programs? I mean all the programs, that I have installed, not these that come with Microsoft Windows, for example Listary, Acronis, and so on...

Yes, you can start any program with Hstart. You would need to edit autostart entries manually, or disable them (using Task Manager in W10 or msconfig.exe in previous versions of Windows) and create a new Hstart autostart entry with delay.
