Loyal Customer As soon as I clicked on the Windows download, Avast jumped in, with a block and a warning (Blacklist threat).
So much for trying to download.
Thanks, but no thanks.

HJ User I do not know how well this works, but the interface appears amateurish and looks like it was intended for the screen of a cell phone.

Phil Me In I decided to buy the lifetime license at 50% discount but the registration has been a problem. I keep getting an invalid key error message when I tried to authenticate the activation key even though I did as the instructions said. I tried several times, still the same.

May 23 2021 at 2:58pm Copy Link

Constantin Florea @Phil Me In, I have just contacted the vendor regarding the issue you mentioned.

BitsDuJour Admin - May 23 2021 at 3:46pm Copy Link

Loyal Customer Hello Constantin,
It would help to include the name of the vendor up-front in any promotion, so one can decide whether to even bother with accepting the offer or not.
Thank you.

Richard User Also still awaiting registration key here, 10-12 hours later.

May 23 2021 at 8:26pm Copy Link

Gary Smith When the item is selected, the user is transferred to the PCWinSoft registration page (based on the URL) but I get "HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed" displayed instead. There should a little over 3 hours left so i do not know what went wrong.

The URL is:
http://www.pcwinsoft.com/...ration.asp

What gives?

May 23 2021 at 9:03pm Copy Link

William W. User When attempting to register, after I had entered Name and Key exactly as received by email (by Copy and Paste), and pressed "Authenticate", I got the error message "INVALID KEY".
This is not encouraging.

AvC User This software is also supposed to be useful for making video tutorials from screen capture. But for this use, it is important to be able to show the cursor on the resulting GIF. This does not seem to be possible.

Svend Östergaard The most insane way to register a program. Although I managed to get a registration number, the program says that it is the wrong reg number. In my 50 years in the PC world, I have never before come across such an idiotic registration method.

Chris I tried to purchase the upgrade only to get the following message:

Problem with product code.

Also, why can't this be offered here for a lifetime license as well as the others? I already own them.

Will you extend this offer once you get your registration process back? Also, will there be an e-mail from this offer to inform us who tried to get this software or will be have to just keep checking back here on BitsDuJour?

- The web site says the version is 1.0.4.11. But the program "about" says it is 3.4.4
- When I launch the program the control buttons run off the bottom of my screen.

HJ B Attempted to "get it for free". This lead to a page loaded with click bait that attempts to mislead for the purpose of having you install other software. It really bothers me that BDJ and other generally reputable sites are permitting that sort of thing.

Randy Devlin Registration doesn't work. Been over 24 hours. I have used PCWinSoft products and registered them before and it worked. Why not this one?

The entire registration process seems sketchy, like they are collecting emails to sell to advertisers?
