Atalay Tan Last version of your software on your website is i-Studio 7.
Is this deal for only i-Studio 6 or are we able to upgrade it to version 7 without a fee?

Kelly Major Same question as Atalay. I assume we can upgrade and if it is not free what is the cost of the upgrade to the current version.

When vendors offer software here sometimes it is because they know a paid upgrade is coming soon and they may get some upgrade revenue. That's fine and part of the "deal". In this case though, it appears you are offering a free copy of a version of your software that is already been upgraded with no mention of that fact or that there are upgrade options and what they are. That doesn't seem as fine to me.

If we hadn't checked the web site before taking advantage of this "deal" we might find we had software that needed to be upgraded immediately to work on our system. I can't say because I've searched your web site thoroughly and can't find any information about upgrades; pricing or version updates. What changed in version 7, does version 6 support Windows 8? The link to your forum links to a contact page so I guess there is no forum. After reviewing the web site I have little confidence in this product or vendor.

If you can address my concerns and questions here I might still be interested in your software.

Mad-bdj Marsu Well Atalay and Kelly, just at the bottom of the desc, here is what's written:
"Today's promotion includes the following:
i-Studio 6 ($0)
i-Studio 7 ($8.99)" (end of quote).
And btw, in the "THE FINE PRINT" tab just below, you'll have all the details about it.
So clearly, if there are update of the 6.x versions, they are free; as there is already a 7.x version, it may not happen but the full new major 7.x version is sold at 8.99USD instead of 29.99.
So grab it if you can! I won't, 'cause it's mentionned in EUR instead but with the same amount, on store.engelmann.com :(
And now, I'm off to get and install the 6.x version :) Hope it will pass on my Linux, with Wine or such!

Ben Stock i-studio-6 wil not be got. I click 'get it for free' and the spinning wheel never stops spinning, Refreshed the screen several times and same thing. Firefox. Thanks for all the good you do.

SKY Scott, just to help out, I don't know if it will work with this item but I know from another offer that if you go to the vendor's site, the price in the cache changes to their normal price, so, try cleaning your cache, cookies and history and refreshing this page and then going straight to the "get it free" link, without going to the vendors web site at all. Hope this helps.

Petronius Arbiter II Looks like an okay program, may be a great deal for some people, but... I already have several freeware programs installed that can do all this, and more. Namely: XMedia Recode (slow and tricky to use, but tops for high-quality output); KoyoteSoft's Free Video Converter (fast and simple but not as full-featured as the other two); Freemake Video Converter (a bit faster and much easier to use than XMR but output not quite as good for perfectionists.) All three are ALWAYS free.

I also have two or three more video converters that I'm not all that wild about, but maybe with a bit more testing I can get better results than I've gotten so far.

... But if you just want to do conversions into Apple formats, and ONLY that, this might (or might not) be a good enough program for that. Me, I'll pass on this one, but thanks @ BitsDuJour for offering it.

Bei der Verwendung unterschiedlichster Suchbegriffe wurde keine Suchergebnisse erzielt !

Where are the vendor comments? Where are the comments from any of the BITS staff?.......

Constantin Florea I am sorry about the empty registration code issue. It has been fixed. I have resent the registration code to all those mentioning above.

If you did receive the receipt email with an empty registration code, you may resend it from your Purchases page. It should work fine this.
