Rick Hello,

I was actually considering the Professional Plus version available on your website but the following two license restrictions were deal breakers. That is, I will very rarely purchase software with the first restriction, and I will never purchase software with the second or both restrictions.
1. Each license allows installation on 1 computer.
2. Transfer of a license to another owned computer is not allowed.

Personally speaking, the prevailing industry standard of allowing installation on two computers for non-simultaneous use and the ability to transfer software to another owned computer (i.e., preferably via an automated licensing system of online portal) is the best match for my consumer needs.

Ian User The licence is for a single computer, that is true
However, you CAN transfer a normal (e.g. professional) licence between computers. This uses our online portal and can be done by the end user.

The Free lite licence here can only be transferred in the first 30 days.

Christian User Looking at the version comparison table in one of the screenshots... it seems to me that this software is completely useless.

Seems like the lite version does nothing that excel doesn't do already.

Ian User Try it... you will see it is easier with the Lite version and the capability gets progressively better if you move up the different licences.

The point of the lite version is to let you use Excel with Word and PowerPoint in a simpler way, rather than replace the Excel cut and paste.

When you get to the other levels, it automates much of the stuff that takes lots of time to do manually

You can try all functionality for the first 30 days of this free Lite version so what have you got to lose?

Ian User Just ignore the initial splash screen. Thats for activating the Professional licence.

Copy the unlock code sent to you in the e-mail. Open the relevant Office Application. Click: IDMB Add-In>Help>Licences>Enter Lite Version Unlock Code and paste the copied code here. Press OK and the code will be stored locally and the software set to run as the Lite version when your trial is complete.

DH007 My order Number BDJ-RzTQS7 says "You must install/register the software within 30 days, and cannot do so afterwards. Upgrades to future versions of the software will require additional payment. Installing a new version may overwrite the existing version and invalidate your license key." I got NO reg info. I feel there is a mismatch between free and paid verions receipts.

Lee H Any chance you will offer Word Supercharger? I use that program more often than Excel and Powerpoint.

I tried to download the trial versions on your website (using Firefox). I entered my information but never received a response. What's up with that?

Philippe Yeung I don't see the trial version for the Pro version been activated. Only see Ms Word n Power Point icon and the Header only

Ian User DH007 - There is a difference between free and paid versions. the free version uses an unlock code and the BDJ offer is for a lifetime licence. The paid versions use an on-line licence portal which allows you to manage your licences, move the add-in to another machine or download another copy.

There is no formal software support for the free version. However, you can take advantage of our regular maintenance releases using the button under the help menu.

SO yes, there is a difference, but this is by design.

Ian User Phillippe Yeung - Sorry, that's a slight change to the interface because users were unhappy with the fact that the trial dialogue came up even when they had setup their system with the Lite unlock code.

The complaint is further up these comments! AND we agreed with the sentiment. We don't want to bother people with the trial if they are happy with the unlocked version.

To see the full trial (For the first 30 days), you just need to go to IDMB Add-In>Help>Licences>Licence Dialogue

This will activate the trial dialogue and allow you to use the software in 'trial mode' (Which is the Pro version).

Constantin Florea @DH007, I just resent you the receipt email. Please notice that there is only one license policy per promo page and that applies only to the giveaway item. There is an issue according to which our system sends that license policy for all purchase items in that promotion even though it applies only to the giveaway item.
