JW Having purchased the Lifetime Basic Plan version here, and received the Registration Information from BDJ, I've entered my e-mail address and the Reg code (using Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V) but it still says that "Registration failed due to Invalid license."
And yes, I've double- and triple-checked that I've typed in my e-mail address correctly and that there's no error in the code copied/entered ... but I still can't Register the program.
Why? Oh, why, cant these things work straightforwardly? So frustrating!!

Constantin Florea @JW, I am sorry about the issue. I checked and the registration code which was sent to you is from the correct license file the vendor sent us so things should be in order. Since there are issues, I just contacted the vendor as he will be able to help in this matter.

Also, I am not sure which installer you have used to install the application but you should be using the one for "iMyfone iTransor for Windows", specifically this one:

(based on your purchase, please DO NOT use the installer for the Lite version).

JW Constantin - Many thanks, but I have used the Basic Plan download (and not the Lite version). The program I downloaded identifies itself as the full/proper version (so I downloaded the correct file from the BDJ pointer).
And, just as a final gasp at trying to resolve the problem, I even downloaded the install file from the iMyfone website - but sadly that was no better, and gave exactly the same result.
I shall await assistance from the vendor, since I'm reasonably sure it's the code that is incorrect.
