Dunking Is there a mistake with the fineprint of this one? $100 for a year's rental doesn't compare at all well with $35 for a perpetual license (and seemingly infinite upgrades) of an excellent direct competitor with who also has companion products that run on multiple platforms. And that $100 is 'a deal', as they say - the real price is over $300. A year! (Although, being a subscription, that could go up or down at their whim, of course, and you're stuck paying whatever it is.)

Perhaps it's meant to be free updates that last only a year, which would be more inline with expectations?

lifetime license

1. does this cover upgrades too?
2. if not, do you offer lifetime license for Photo Studio Ultimate now too?
Only subscription would definetely be the dealbreaker
