disenchanted I noticed that your website creation software is "Powered by WebsiteX5".

Which of the WebsiteX5 products is closest (as far as features), to the one you have in this "bundle" ?
The "Home" edition or the "Evolution" edition?
Does it offer "Responsive" website capabilities, for auto-adjusting to mobile, phone and tablet users? (the WebsiteX5 does not indicate that was a "responsive" design program, unless I missed it).

Summitsoft Corporation Hi disenchanted, thank you for reaching out! the "Home" & "Evolution" edition is version 12. We carry version 9. You are right, it does not do responsive design. This feature will be available starting on version 10 which we will start carrying soon. I will say the time line is in about 30-45 days. Version 9 still is a quality product which a lot of our customers use and are extremely pleased on how well this software is. Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Metta Zetty I'm confused. I just now visited your web site and it says:

"Version 9 also includes HTML 5 which ensures that sites will show up properly on any device, including iPad, iPhone, Android, and more!"

However, in your note above you said Version 9 does NOT do responsive design.

Please clarify.

Also, I could not find any option for a free trial download or information about any kind of guarantee. Is a free trial or some kind of satisfaction guarantee available either with or without the BDJ discount?

I do apologize for the confusion and we will make the appropiate changes. To clarify, it does not do responsive design. This option will be available on our version 10. Currently in development and will be ready in the next 30-45 days.

Alejandro Aldasoro Logo Creator is a nice program with a bad finish. Cannot edit fully as a vector file.

Patrick Yancey I own all of these products, though a newer version (V12) of WebsiteX5. I also use a number of other Summitsoft products. Logo Design Studio is a super product, making it very easy to produce logos and other images. WebsiteX5 is incredibly powerful and easy to use. With Graphic Design Studio I've had major issues getting it to do it's job and tech support has been lacking at best- I opened a ticket on 2/21/15 (over a year ago) and after several follow up comments, I never heard back from them and finally gave up. Summitsoft, you might want to take a look at ticket number IGL-179-66572.

Overall, their products are decent, at reasonable prices. You just better hope you don't need support.

Alejandro Aldasoro I've own logo creator for a long time. It's impossible to use as vector file.

Summitsoft Corporation Hello Alejandro - Logo Creator is not a product of Summitsoft. Logo Design Studio Pro is, which supports .SVG files (vector). Certainly appreciate the comment of being a 'nice' program.

Alejandro Aldasoro Ok. Logo Design by Summitsoft does NOT work well with vectors. The SVG export does not convert fully all lines,curves and specially the gradients done on the program.

I've contacted support and they blame everything but their buggy program.

Summitsoft Corporation Alejandro - I took a look at our support tickets. I saw an inquiry from you. It dates back May 8th 2011. You contacted us regarding a license issue which was handle appropriately. You wrote us again on June 14th, 2015 regarding drawing a straight line which you also received a response. I do not see any inquiry regarding exporting issues.

Lastly, I must say that exporting capabilities to .SVG formatting either work or not. There's nothing in between. If you are having any issues with it. Please feel free to submit a support ticket describing the issue and we'll be happy to help.

Alejandro Aldasoro Like you said. .SVG works or not. It doesn't work. You ad stud it as a vector export but can't do any real work with what it exports.

It's a nice program if you just want a low resolution image but again, it does not function as advertised.

Even drawing a straight line was an issue.
