Stephen Kreyling When is version 5 coming out? Last time I upgraded to the next version, I only got a few months before a new version came out and I was going to have to pay another upgrade, there is no 1 year upgrade period. So, really need to know when 5 is coming out or if you plan on giving at least a 1 year period of the free upgrade if it happens in that time frame. Please advise.

We've just released v4.4 earlier this month and most likely will be releasing another update before v5.

If I create a contact form, will it function something like those ticket softwares ?
Like a simple osticket or zendesk software ? It almost look like it in the demo but I cannot see it mentioned anywhere...

In the demo there is a contact form with about 2500 entries. Can communication continue in that contact form list where I can read the messages from potential customers ? After sale questions etc ?

OR is it better to use my email ?

Nelson Therrien Already had the old v.2 Standard, but bought the unlimited version now. Great tool and a lot of improvement!

Some suggestions:
- I know that there was a file to translate the app... you should do a section on your site where we can download language files...;
- Also, I noticed that I could change the language of the form (ex: to French), but the submit button is still "Submit"... In order to change that, I need to create another theme... That's a little bit annoying to have to create a new theme each time we want to change the button's text (whether in another language or just to say something different in English): you should provide a "Button's text" section in the Form properties (and even better, default it to "Submit" in the default form's language because, for example, even if I build a form in German for a client, that doesn't mean that I know what is "Submit" in German...)

Al Soto To place a form online you say to "copy and paste".

What other information needs to be placed on a website?

Can a form be on www.siteone.com and the php and mysql database be on another?

I use wufoo for all my forms and all I do is "copy and paste" because the data is stored in their servers but I like how this form looks.

@mix624 -- MachForm won't function as ticketing software but you can easily integrate one. Simply send the form result into your ticketing software mailbox. On our site, we're using MachForm + HelpSpot ticketing to do this.

@Nelson -- Thank you for your thoughts. Regarding language files, it's actually already included as part of your machform. They are all placed into a single language.php file

@Al Soto -- Yes, you can install MachForm into one site (the one that support PHP and MySQL database) and then embed the resulting form to another site. The "copy paste" part is pretty much similar as wufoo.

@Stephen Kreyling -- You'll receive free upgrades up to v5.x (currently v4.4). I believe this will be more than a year :-)

Is there a way to "hide" a field and make it appear based on a previous response?

and, can the form be mailed to one person if the gender=male and another person if the gender=female.
