Constantin Florea @ellen lerner - I have just resent you the receipt email containing the registration code however according to the license policy the software should be registered within 3 days including promotion date which was 10/20/2012. When you see that there is a delay in receiving the registration code for a 100% off promotion you want to participate in, please let us know as soon as possible because some of our promotions do have this kind of restrictions (like registering the product within a specified number of days).

Sabrina Lee Dear All,

Thank you so much for your interest and support for our software. The date for 100% discount offer we have partnered with BDJ was Oct.20, 2012. One thing need to specify is that the license code should be used within 3 days (The promotion day is inclusive). We feel sorry that we do not provide any new license key after the campaign ended. Please stay tuned with us and we are certain that we will collaborate with BDJ for giving away much more free offers in near future. Thanks for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience may have caused to you.

Mark A. After downloading, I discovered it's a VERY limited trial version, and you must buy the unrestricted product. Or did I miss something in the process? Pray tell.

Richard Hardman Mark A. You did miss something in the process. There is a place for you to enter your eMail (twice), then wait a few minutes for them to send you the unlock key; enter it and you're good to go. Took about 15 minutes before I got the key, but that may just be my eMail provider. Regards,

That's correct, it's not the trial Mark, it's the full version.

Lee H Either you make your software FREE or you don't! Software has a 3 day limit after it's been downloaded to be installed. Why bother? I deleted the software and will not install it. Waste of time!

Sabrina Lee Hello llias,

There is 5 minute-limit for the trial version, but you can activate the full version by entering the license key which you’ve received from receipt.

Sabrina Lee @Lee H: hello, our giveaway software could be used and kept without any function limitation after activate it by entering the license key found in receipt. But it needs to be installed and activated within 3 days timeframe, so what we suggest to the users, you'd better unlock it at once after you downloaded.

Michel Van What is the difference between MacX DVD Ripper pro and MacX DVD Ripper Pro (yes twice the same name as I read it so too) One is free, the other to purchase with 50% discount. This is confusing!! Can someone please explain? Thanks.
