Kim Wells I understand that this is a windows only promotion, it's that it happens frequently that the the promo email says things are Mac & PC (I do use both) and the item is windows only.
Just wishing that the emails would have the correct info.

DUKEJETT80 I have figured it out!
my email address needed to be in "lowercase".....

It should not have mattered but your d-base must not have been setup to take either upper or lower...
Anyway, I will give it a shot!

It is not possible to download, all attempts are in vain. The link in the email I received doesn't work either. The question is whether by mistake or intentionally. Big disappointment.

Don I am using Windows 10 home edition on a laptop PC. The trick to downloading it was to : RIGHT CLICK ON THE DOWNLOAD LINK and then "OPEN IN A NEW WINDOW".
Hope this helps some of you.

L. D. User In the Fine Print it states that Malware Hunter Pro is licensed per user.

As I live alone and am the ONLY user of the several PCs that I own... am I able to install, activate and use this on ALL of my four computers?

V User I just tried to get this giveaway and it's telling me that I already purchased it... but I HAVE NOT purchased it yet as it is NOT LETTING ME.

Instead the following page says I can click on ' Resend Email If Not Received' but when I do that I get a message in RED saying it can't find the link (or something similar) and to refresh the cart which I've now done several times, but STILL I can't get this giveaway or get any supposed email resent!

WHAT THE HECK?

I've never had this issue before!

PLEASE RESOLVE THIS BitsDuJour!
