I see your product here has free upgrades for life. Is this a misprint because I also see your main website states in the support section the following:

"Being a registered user of mediAvatar Software Studio, software you purchased are automatically updated of tweaks and minor changes - free of charge. If you wish to UPGRADE software (e.g. from Basic to Ultimate version), a software upgrade fee is charged."

Could you clarify if this upgrade policy is for all of your software, if you are offering a lifetime upgrade only through bitsdujour, or any other?

HJ B 1. Does this work for all iphones?

2. You also have an ipad application that is not part of this offer. Does that mean conversions using the iphone application will not work on the ipad?

3. Does your application modify the iphone or itunes or does it simply make video etc compatible with iphone and itunes?

4. Will the product work on an ipad?

J S I've had a look on the website and this sounds like a really useful program but the stumbling block for me is that it appears to only be for Apple products and Android powered smart-phones are not included

LU This may be a good deal, but I urge prospective purchaser to try and email the publisher of this software from their website as well, because they do not seem to be responding here.

Therefore, it seems to be a no support type of software.

Buyer beware at this point.
