David abc Wow. Astonishing lack of responsiveness by this vendor. I was going to buy this because it looked like it would do what I need, but if this is indicative of their support, there's no chance I'd buy from them.

Brian H I looked at your proiduct website and it appears that there is no support for the creation of m4b ("bookmarkable") files. :-( But it appears that creation of m4a files are supported. I hope you will consider adding m4b files creation as a feature in upcoming releases for audiobook fans like me.

Jym OMalley When i try to buy this at 60% off, suddenly the price zooms up another $10 & becomes much less of deal. i find it very discouraging when products are advertised at one price & then are suddenly jacked up to something else. Questions & concerns about integrity immediately arise.
