Jim Ranson I noticed that the fine print says "You must install/register the software within 1 month, and cannot do so afterwards." Does this mean that if we have to reinstall Windows say 6 months from now that we won't be able to reinstall and activate this software?

Benna Badtoad I downloaded this 3-11-2016 from another site & my beloved Malwarebytes nailed it also...
Yeah, well it could be a false positive. (Rarely have that problem w/Malwarebytes, but it's always a possibility.)
It could be that the developer's site has been hack, & they're as of yet unaware.
MiniTool has some really great software; I'm a long-time fan of theirs.
But neither this app or any other is worth taking the risk of introducing a Trojan to my system once I've been warned....

The Trojan detected by you guys before was proved to be a bug of Malwarebytes. We did everything we can but found nothing wrong from our side so we go to Malwarebytes for help. They promised to fix it in next database update. You can check it here: https://forums.malwarebyt...ins000exe/.
