Stephen Kreyling I purchased a license from this company and never got my free upgrades. Emails did not get returned. If the vendor is getting copies of the emails from bits, then please email support

HungryForDeals I have the same problem. I have lifetime upgrades, but no answer from support where to get the upgrade software, nor do I know if it will use the same key. Please post a link to download the upgrade software and where to get an updated serial number if needed. Thank you.

Dippy Dawg This software had potential to be great in a niche market and could have grown to be a valuable tool in many IT/Video/Marketing toolboxes. With its ease of use and flexible capabilities to create various templates / menus with little effort and no programming knowledge, it could have been a winner.
Now for the bad news….
Very buggy (at least my version 8.0)
Non-existence support
Non-existence updates
Non-existence upgrades
New website (no better than old site which was poor at best)
New website is just a few landing pages, no real details about the program or video demonstrating the features of the software.
No screenshots of the program on website. (Notice the screenshots at top of this Bitsdujour page and you will see screenshots from version 9.0, but I do see a small icon of the box and it looks like version 12.0?)
No change log or version history on website. I could find no reference on website as to what the current version is.
No templates to view or download on website.
If you go to the website you will see how simply and sloppy the website was designed. Go to the bottom of the website and you will see 4 green icons, if you click on any of the four it will redirect you to the wrong page. My thoughts are if you can’t even get your simply website right, it makes me wonder about your programming skills.
Sorry for the harsh words…. This is just my past experience and facts regarding your website.
If I stand corrected then I welcome a reply from the vendor.
I have been coming here for over 10 years and found myself to be one of the many Bitsdujour junkies out there.. There are many outstanding vendors that participate here at Bitsdujour but when I have a bad experience with the vendor or their program, you can bet I am going to give my fellow Bitsdujours a heads up!

Carlos Sanabria I purchased this software twice in the past 12 years. I asked for an update for the past 9 years and no answer. Have anyone gotten the full version of the file that would like to share? . I currently have My Autoplay 12. The demo is different so my registration works but the projects are demo versions. Also the website is no longer working as they lost their domain.
