LU Can you tell me the upgrade policy as well and how this is an improvement from CCleaner?

LargeSoftware Customer Support We offer free updates throughout the life of the product, but if there is a major version release we typically send out a email to our customers offering a nice discount from the typical MSRP of $29.95.

LargeSoftware Customer Support Hi LIfetime Upgrades - You are going to find very similar features as in CC cleaner, but we pride ourselves on creating an extremely easy to use user interface, so any customer knows exactly how to run and use the program at any point.

Mike Shanahan What's up with a disabled "trial"? it's more like a demo of what it CAN do. It wants me to register before it cleans. What if I want to see if iy actually DOES clean (using a file recovery utility) before I buy? I don't understand not having a full use trial - even if it's only for 5 days or so. A demo shows me nothing about it's capabilities, excepting for finding these tracks, which a lot of your competitors do as well, but I can at least know if their software actually works from beginning to end. I might go with this Bits deal, but could you let me know if there's a "true" trial?

LargeSoftware Customer Support Hi Mike - You are correct, unfortunately our trial right now is only designed to show you all of the items found on your PC, instead of a timed trial. Fortunately, our return policy allows you to purchase the product now and return it within 30 day for a full refund, if you are not happy with any part of it. I hope this helps.

Michael Shanahan I decided to buy the program and Cleverbridge returned a message that my payment was "Not Authorized". Checked online with my bank and there should be no problem. I've run into this problem with Cleverbridge before. Do you have a non-CB means of payment? It seems you have many payment options, but all are *processed* by CB. I want to buy, could you let me know? Thanks!
