Mike Shanahan What's up with a disabled "trial"? it's more like a demo of what it CAN do. It wants me to register before it cleans. What if I want to see if iy actually DOES clean (using a file recovery utility) before I buy? I don't understand not having a full use trial - even if it's only for 5 days or so. A demo shows me nothing about it's capabilities, excepting for finding these tracks, which a lot of your competitors do as well, but I can at least know if their software actually works from beginning to end. I might go with this Bits deal, but could you let me know if there's a "true" trial?

Fortunately, our return policy allows you to purchase the product now and return it within 30 day for a full refund, if you are not happy with any part of it. I hope this helps.

Michael Shanahan I decided to buy the program and Cleverbridge returned a message that my payment was "Not Authorized". Checked online with my bank and there should be no problem. I've run into this problem with Cleverbridge before. Do you have a non-CB means of payment? It seems you have many payment options, but all are *processed* by CB. I want to buy, could you let me know? Thanks!
