Amit Hello.

Can it also be used as a software that is to be used for not capturing the screens but mainly keeping a log (DETAILED) of -

1) of what applications they open up along with times they spend on them.

2) what sites they visit - and with a full log of the site url + title + time.

3) and what files and folders they open - with information of time and filename opened.

3) and I mean just like whatever they do is recored as events log - but not captured movie. Just like a complete monitor tool.

4) And can it also block sites by something like content or category type. or maybe keywords in title of the website. which will be far more suitable than blocking sites by adding all the unwanted urls.

Application at the moment does not support any logging of open applications, urls, login times... We are planning to add those features in the future.

Urls can be blocked based on keywords in title(see screenshot No. 7).

Cary Mathers When I'm viewing a user's screen remotely, do they have any indication that the monitor is active? Is there a presence in the tray or other indicator window, or is my monitoring completely transparent?

Damjan Kriznik Dear Cary,

Agent can be installed in stealth mode (select "Stealth Install" checkbox).

In such way no program group is created, application does not appear in Add/Remove programs and no icon is displayed.

If needed, the process name and service name can also be renamed during installation .

Ali Akhlaghi I have one file server/workstation and five employee computers. I would like to monitor employee computers from the workstation. Would I need the 10 computer license or will the 5 computer license suffice?

Also if one of the computers break down would I need another license?

Damjan Kriznik License is needed only for computers that you are monitoring. You don’t need any extra license for running console. So in your case you need only 5 computers license. If any computer breaks down you can transfer an existing license to a new computer for no costs.

Damjan Kriznik Restriction scheduling is currently under development - it will be added under "Tools & Restrictions / Restrictions" tab.

Similar will be done also for Internet and application blocking.

We are planning to have it done in the middle of December because many customers requested that. Of course this will be a part of this major release so update will be free.

David O'Neill Hi, Damjan.

I've been using the free version of TeamViewer at home for a year or so. Couple of questions, please.
- How does the functionality of the two versions compare? (I'm retired, so professional v. personal license is not relevant to me.)
- Almost all of my access is LAN-based, but I do occasionally use remote access. Would installing these licenses prevent that?

TeamViewer is mostly used for remote support over the internet.

Net Monitor for Employees is intended to be used on your LAN or WLAN (it can work also over Internet if you properly configure your router).

Comparing to TeamViewer it has a lot of additional features e.g. administrative actions, desktop recording, application blocking, internet blocking,…

License does not represent any issue if you use application on LAN or over the Internet.
