Patrick R check your event viewer logs under administrative tools. It could be a problem with your antivirus software which you can disable for trouble shooting purposes.

Patrick R did you reboot? Try running it as admin. And re-install your security suite.

ellison Hi Patrick...
Yes Ive rebooted ,downloaded the file again,and installed as administrator, but the empty gui still remains,although the NetAgent.exe *32 process is running.It seems to be a purely gui issue for me.I've sent an email to support with a screenshot so hope to hear back soon

ellison I have found the problem.Disabling each of my start up items it seems that it is Sticky Password
http://www.stickypassword.com/
that is conflicting with Netstat Agent.If Sticky Passwords is running ,the Gui is empty and doesnt populate.Exiting sticky password and everything is fine.Maybe the developer can check too?

ellison Well I hope they do,as Sticky Passwords is quite a popular password manager and form filler.There is also a trial version so I guess it would be easy for them to try and replicate.Now I can see Netstat Agent working finally,it does seem a very nice and simple app,and although its functions can be replicated by some freeware ,it is very nice to have it all in the same app ,and at a decent price too.

After installing Sticky Passwords I have the same issue - I cannot run NetStat Agent, Winamp and Task Manager.

Any ideas what might be causing this?. I hope I will be able to run both of these programs especially since I have purchased both,and have used sticky passwords for well over a year and half without any problems with other software.

Sergey Nikitin Ellison, I found that if you run NetStat Agent as admin then it works fine. Otherwise, it shows an empty window. I have found the source of this issue in my program, but unfortunately it is not easy to fix it.

Unfortunately, it cannot notify you. The program only works on local PC and shows local connections. It does not monitor who connected to shared folder (it's a planned feature in the one of future version).

MBPBo Hi,

I just bought this software, in part, because the Policy statement says "Free upgrades for life."

However, after purchase, it says as a registered user I get:
- Free minor updates.
- Discounts (25-50% OFF) on major and other our products.

That does not sound like Free upgrades for life to me. Did I just buy this software under false pretenses?

Ok, I'm sold. A nice network traffic, TCP-IP, utility with a decent interface and a number of features and a developer here who seems solid.

Now, try to get a webforum or at least a yahoogroups or googlegroups forum going, to build your community ! Come chat on donationcoder.

However for the inexpensive price, and the special of the free updates, I'm onboard. No need to struggle with looking for GiveawayoftheDay :) every once in a while. Shhhhh. I always prefer owning an inexpensive and solid software.

Noggin The Nog I tried to buy this while on offer, but share-it are unable to process the payment. Unfortunately, they give no indication of what the problem is, and so I am currently unable to do anything about it. There should be no problem, but I guess it has something to do with recently having changed a credit card no. at Paypal. What shall I do?
