Warren Strader I have a question...

Will this product only transmit a selectable part of the screen in case the viewers don't have a widescreen monitor like I do? Maybe select a "window" to transmit or just a certain size portion of the screen.

Anita Wirz Dear Warren,

No, at the moment it is not possible to transmit only a part of the screen. But you can downsize the desktop image to 75% so that a wider screen can be displayed to a smaller screen. Furthermore the desktop image on the target screen can be scrolled within the browser window.

Rich Lang I couldn't get it to work even though the 'settings' verified that the directory and files were there. Both Firefox and Explorer gave me 404 Errors. Using an FTP program, i verified the files were there. Java is enabled. I wrote tech support 8 hours ago. Never heard anything.

Sorry that you had trouble, the vendor is located in Europe so you probably missed their work day. I trust they will honor your request for a coupon after you have got support from them.
