Paragon Software Hello Dave!

If you want to use USB stick as bootable recovery media, then even small 10 MB one would be okay. Recovery media takes only about 60 MB. If you want to copy system hard disk to USB flash drive, then USB drive should be of the same or larger size than system HDD.

Disk or Drive Copy - I think there is no difference.
#Bob S: if the hardware on copy source and target PCs differs then drivers from copy source machine will be incompatible with new hardware. So you need to adjust the OS to new hardware using feature developed by the same Paragon - P2P Adjust OS.

Paragon Software Hello Robin, there is need to open the meaning of the USB portable clone given here. By portable clone it is meant that one will be able to virtualize his/her OS and put the virtual machine file onto USB drive (of the proper capacity of course). Then connect the drive to any Windows or Mac running machine with installed Virtual PC by Microsoft, VMware Workstation or VMware Fusion. Simply add it as new virtual machine and run. This let's you work with your original Windows on different machines.
