Rob User How do I move the files from my audible account to this program? Currently I am using my iphone to listen to the audibles

Pazusoft User @Rob User

Hello, you can download the audibles to your Mac/Windows, run the converter, and click the Add button. The converter will open your audibles automatically. Click the Converter button to convert Audible AA&AAX to MP3, M4A, M4B, AC3, AAC, FLAC, OGG, AIFF and WAV. It can convert Audible audiobooks at 700 times faster while keeping the chapter and ID3 tags, and then you can play the converted audiobooks on any device without any limitation. It also allows you to split any Audible audiobook file to small segments by time frame or by chapters.

Chris Why does it say you can download them when you have to download them some other way as this just converts. You should make it where you can log into your account and it will download and convert them like it says above. I was going to purchase but won't if I still have to download another way.

Debra Keldrauk Looks like customer support is lacking, I think I’ll pass on this one. Too bad it looks like it may be decent software.

CFGuy I checked out developer's website and it appears the program does work with the higher quality .aax files. This is from website: Pazu Audible Converter is specially designed to convert protected AAX files to MP3. With the help of Pazu Audible Converter, you can easily remove Audible DRM and convert DRM-protected AA/AAX books to MP3/M4B, which is supported by most popular media players like any mp3 player, iPod, Sony Walkman, iRiver and common iOS, Android phones or tablets.

Edward User Hi,
Is this compatible with Sonoma 14.1?
I purchased the Mac version and tried running it on my iMac with M1 chip running 14.1 and it crashed every time I attempted to run it.

If I could get a confirmation on this before I request a refund I would appreciate it.

Thanks.
E

Steve Bigelow This is decent software to convert downloaded Audible files to plain ol' MP3s without DRM. HOWEVER... support for this product doesn't exist! If you buy this, don't expect any help whatsoever, e.g. with license key issues. You're on your own. Found out the hard way; as much as I like to support the software providers offered through Bits Du Jour, in this case you'll be far, far better off to download and use the free and open-source tool inAudible.

Hello,

Please make sure you bought the correct software

Pazusoft - Jul 27 2025 at 7:34pm Copy Link

Steve Bigelow Pretty sure I have the correct software. "Pazu Audible Converter version 1.0.2" purchased 14 May 2022. Support request submitted 9 June 2025. Absolutely no response to the support request email (but no "invalid email" message so address seems valid). This you?

Steve Bigelow I appreciate the responses from PazuSoft. This demonstrates that someone is paying attention. Yes, I purchased the software I need. We'll be addressing the issue of why my request for support from 9 June 2025 had absolutely no response offline from this forum. For this current offer from Bits DuJour, though, it looks like PazuSoft is responding to support requests. That's encouraging and I'm hoping to being proven wrong about their responses for support other than in this public forum.
