Alan G Horacio Lazalde, I was having the same trouble so I right click on the desk top icon and then click on run as administrator. It then opened and I put my license code in. I have windows 10 64.

You can always use a temporary email address with a different name. I done stuff like that before. Just so I did not have to give out my email address.

Colin McAllister It is important to me that PDF converters leave "editable" text, so that the text can *quickly* be altered - e.g. extra white space can be removed by "find and replace", double-spaced paragraphs can be set to single-spaced, etc.

That majority of PDF converters leave line after line of text boxes, rather like laying dozens of thin strips of newspaper on an A4 page. Can anyone who has used this please confirm if the text is "re-flowable" or "paper strip"?

Joel Dubow Wow, I'm a believer. The conversions were slow, but accurate, opening the document the first time was slow, and there was a renumbering of page numbers that differs from the original .pdf, but the page numbers were preserved in the manuscript in header. Good work, I plan to upgrade to Pro.

Gail Anderson Downloaded and installed without issue on Win 8.1 64. The program opened easily. On several pdf's that I tried to open with the program, the program informed me that they were scanned pdf's, which they were not. I finally got it to open one that it didn't claim was scanned, and upon conversion, it took a two page pdf, and turned it into 20 pages of just lines with fragments of words, no images or anything else. So for me, this program does not work and will be uninstalled.

Grateful Hi! I've been sent to the Wondershare website where I have filled out the name/ email on both Firefox and Internet Explorer a few times and there is no reaction whatsoever to the "Get It Now" button. I tried to copy the link address to see if the link was okay, and this is what I got: javascript:void(0);. So I'm assuming the link is no good. In that there are only 4 more hours in this giveaway (and I cannot stay up that late tonight) I'm hoping something can be done tomorrow. I seem to be the only person affected, but sometimes this means you have run out of licenses. I hope you can help me! Thanks!
