Ron Robertson On the e-mail I received it says the discount is good on Sat. and Sunday Sept. 1&2. When you click on the link it says you can only get it on Sunday. When I clicked on the "I need it" the price was indeed the higher price and not the discounted price. I am very wary of this type of marketing.

Paul Webster I had a problem with the credit card payment section of the site where it told me incorrectly that the payment hadn't been processed due to an error, so I didn't get to the page that lets you download the program. I eventually got a confirmation email that made me realise that the error page was wrong!!!!!

I eventually found a link on your site where your FAQ's are that led me to the re-download link. Would have been nice if I had been able to download it without going through all that drama in the first place.

Apart from this waste of my time everything else works OK.

Glen Coulthard Buyer Beware -- I took advantage of this deal a few days ago and the serial key code that was sent is incorrect; not accepted by the installation program. When I went online to Nuance, they wanted to charge me $9.95 to send them a support e-mail!! I still haven't heard from them, so I'm basically stuck with a $35 product that I can't use.

Nico Westerdale Ron - Sorry for all the problems here! The promotion is good for Saturday and Sunday, it's just that our page here only displays one day on it.

We mistakenly left of the crucial piece of information, you need to enter the code PDF4 in the Promotional Code field. When you click the "I Need It" button you should now see that.

Peter User Actually, almost all of the programs you offer let you try the product before you buy it. I took a chance on this one and bought it. If I could have tried it first, I would not have bought it. Too bad for me.

Sue Cifelli Clearly it's not easy launching a new venture, particularly one tied to online purchasing. I have done business with Nico in the past and find him to have the highest degree of personal integrity. He's also committed to customer satisfaction and follow through.

If your transaction hasn't processed as expected, or you encounter any kind of glitch, I encourage you to have a little patience, and communicate with him so he can get it fixed. I'm sure they'll get the kinks worked out on this and all will be well. I received a notification of this new project (for Nico) and so stopped by to see what it is about. I happen to love discovering new software so will be back here, and often!
