Constantin Florea @Herman User, I am sorry about the issue. Indeed, some of yesterday's daily deal emails were sent 15 minutes after yesterday's promotions ended.

Unfortunately the giveaway promotion for this product already ended which means we cannot bring it back in such a short time.

Fred Schall I check BITS everyday. I never received this email yesterday, if it was suppose to arrived on 3-19-21, I never received it. I received it for the FIRST time today 3-20-21. The email specifically said FREE today. When I clicked on it it asked for payment. This is obviously an issue with your email server AND the promotion update of your email. In all fairness you SHOULD offer this software to the people who have complained legitimately as I have. This is only GOOD customer service and the RIGHT thing to do. Thank you.

I still don't have my registration code from the vendor. It's well over 12 hours ... so maybe you could give them a nudge on my behalf. I have checked spam, and I used the resend link in the BDJ receipt, but that only sends me the BDJ receipt email with the same "vendor is manually sending registration info so wait up to 12 hours" ... well I've been waiting almost 24 hours, so either get me a registration code or give me a refund.

Lukasz User Can I receive my licence key (registration code)?

I've purchased this software on 01/03/2021, at 9:40 ( UTC+1 ).
( my order number: BDJ-JlBpcp ).

I saw comments that the vendor has had a problem with it,
but I thought that it was only temporary.
However, it happened to me as well...

I'm waiting for my registration code for over 2 days.

I was supposed to be sent within 12 hours, but now it's over 4 times longer!!!

Please send me immediately my registration details or give me my money back.
If I will have to wait again so long I will apply for a refund.

It's frustrating not being able to use what I've paid for...
... and it's a bad picture for a company that does not fulfil its promises...

I will update my comment when it will be resolved.

Is it normal that customers on BitsDuJour are treated as a second (or even third) class? When will I get what I paid for?
