wts Website doesn't indicate 12 month limitation for full price so 50% off with that limitation is not such a good deal. Also this software uses brute-force rather than some miraculous method, so search for pw longer than several characters can take considerable time (days, months) even with a powerful pc. Please correct me on either point if I'm mistaken. Thanks.

Rick I may have been interested in a perpetual license for $9.90. However, I am unequivocally not interested in another subscription based program, nor is paying an annual subscription for software other than essential applications practical or sustainable for me. I believe this is particularly true for limited use and/or non-essential subscription based software, and I highly suspect that this orientation will be detrimental to the financial longevity of smaller software vendors in the long-run.

wts I'm glad to see that the 12 month limitation for the BDJ deal has been removed as of sometime today.

There is still a limitation that you should be aware of:
--BDJ deal as of 11:30 PM on 5/31/17: "Upgrades to future versions of the software will require additional payment."
--Website at full price: "Life time upgrade service."

@Wonderfulshare - How much is the additional payment for upgrades to v3, v4, etc.? Is there a cost for v2 updates? Thank you for your response.

Myrna Larson The program description says "remove or recover the passwords..." REMOVAL is my primary need. For me, THE PROGRAM DOESN'T WORK.

I installed and activated. I want to REMOVE the owner password from 3rd party files that require a password to modify, but not to open. PDF PASSWORD RECOVER reports a password. (Note that I don't see an option to REMOVE, just an option to RECOVER.) As a 2nd step, I open the file in Adobe Acrobat (full version, not Reader). Acrobat's "Remove Security" function shows the file is protected and I must enter the existing password.

The password reported by PDF Password Recover DOES NOT WORK!

PS: When I recover the password on the same file again, I get a different password. That 2nd one doesn't work, either.

Constantin Florea After pressing the Download button in the receipt email, a new browser tab (in your default browser) will open which will try to create a small pop-up window. If that pop-up window is blocked because of a pop-up blocker or because of an antivirus system, the download window won't appear.

robert User Can't download.

I have been trying almost 4 hours with no success. I have tried on two different computers (one with pop up blocker and one without. I have pressed the Download button and I can see that a download is opening but nothing happens.

Thank you. I had to copy the URL installer to MS Word to fully open it and then paste that into my borrower. That allowed it to be downloaded.

Cut and paste link into Opera and works fine.

Adam Bryan I had no issues with downloading or installing, however when I click 'Register' within the application nothing happens, a second click results in the application disappearing (crashes with no prompt) or the window says 'not responding' and crashes (no prompt) - so how can I register?

EDIT: Nevermind, after twenty or so crashes the register dialog finally opened and I was able to register (successfully).
