vps-rr Does this tool also convert .PDF's that has text which is not "selectable", where the text is "hardcoded" or converted to image into a pdf document? (I don't know precisely how to explain it but there are .PDF's from where you just can't copy and paste text from)

Steven Domingue If a .pdf document is password protected so that it can be read but not printed and I do not know the password, will this program still be able to convert it to .doc?

No, PDF to DOC is not a password cracker, so if the PDF is password protected, you must input the password manually on PDF to DOC's main interface to convert it to DOC file.
