Jon Spain According to the website (URL below), this free for personal use so this looks like not such a good deal?

DH007 Well, the free shows floating "Not for commercial use" watermark and there is a limit of 50 docs per month.
I would be more interested what happens if the company goes bust - is there any posibility to have server check feature on my server instead?
Also, is there a possibility of remote revoking of a pdf once distributed?
How different is it from CopySafe PDF Protector Software from https://artistscope.com, except for a more favourable price? Are hyperlinks and bookmarks supported? Is it necessary to be online to open a DRM protected document? Can I use it in an intranet or corporate network? Can the pdf be displayed and still protected on web pages?

Jon Spain Thanks, I saw that after I posted, I was a bit too fast. Also on BdJ, I found Secure-PDF (currently $20), which does a great job, quite simply.

DH007 It is my impression that SecurePDF does nothing when compared with today's offer. One can sign and encrypt from dozens of pdf editors. The issue is the distribution of protected pdf. Today's offer seems to be nice but I would love to have backup with own server if something goes wrong with the company. It only appeared in 2021. And no response from the company representative is also strange.

John Cook Hi DH007,

It doesn't support remote revoking and hyper-links. It requires the internet access during opening a protected document. And it cannot be displayed on webpage or the content would be copied..

DH007 1. Is it possible to have all server side checks on my own servers?
2. Which country are you based in?
