CFGuy For Everimaging Ltd. Rep,
I purchased this program yesterday and am concerned because when I was browsing your company website and click on the "Support" categories (FAQ, Order Help … ) and try to click on a support category, I receive an webpage with an error message "Salesforce Desk - Sorry we couldn't find that page - Please try again or try Desk.com free for 14 days." The web address for one of these categories (the "FAQ: section) with the error message is: http://support.desk.com/s..._not_found. Are you upgrading these support pages over the next 2 weeks? It seems odd to me that the resulting error messages did not at least provide me with a link or email address to contact the customer or technical support departments. Please let us know what the situation is, in case I, or any of your other potential customers need support sometime over the next 14 days.
Thanks so much.

Dave Moffatt This coupon is not working, the price still shows as full price, not 50% during checkout. There is no "Buy Now" button as described in The Fine Print.

Constantin Florea @Dave Moffatt, Could you please clear your browser cache and cookies and try again? Alternatively, if you don't want to do that for the current browser you're using, please try using another browser with the browser cache and cookies deleted. The discount should show up after you do that.

H. H. @ vendor & bdj
I´m thinking about making a purchase, but before I have some questions

1. is the license per user or per pc or per user but limited to 1 or 2 pc´s/nb´s?
2. is hardware based activation procedure needed?
3. is there any possibility to save own presets (including the various
adjustments (e.g. contrast, exposure, curve-setting, detail,..)?
if not, is it on the roadmap for the nearer future?
4. is there any possibility to use own texture-files?
if not, is it on the roadmap for the nearer future?
5. thinking about buying the 3in1 bundle - with 70% discount
unfortunately the price is not reduced to 59$ as announced at bdj, but still
shown as 99$
6. what is the upgrade policy for the 3in1 bundle? there is written -
"subscription" - but I do not want a subscription,
hopefully it means lifetime free upgrades (as announced in fine print for photo
effects)

Thank you for clarifying and responding before bdj offers ends
with kind regards
H.H.

Louis H Bits might want to rethink the video they are offering as a preview. Anyone else notice the website being advertised is one that offers "cracked" versions - i.e., ILLEGAL copies of software?

Someone probably thought..."Oh. Here's a youtube video about the product. I'm sure it will help us sell copies." (I do not for a moment think the folks at Bits would actually promote "cracks4friends" if they had taken the time to review the video before posting it.)

On to the software itself. Website's last copyright date is 2015. Specifications do not even list Win 10.

Support pages are nonexistent.

If the web pages have not be updated in 5 years, I question their claim that you will get email support within 24 hours.

Anyone have actual experience with this company? Recently?

Constantin Florea @Louis H, We do review the products, however for the provided video URL we trust the vendor that they send/submit the best video describing their software. Thanks for mentioning the issue.

John Silby The issue detailed above by C F Guy still exists more than two years later. Questions here remain unanswered. I don't feel inclined to purchase anything from a vendor that doesn't even bother to keep their website up to date or to respond to potential buyers.
