Paul Crozier Downloaded the demo and it looked pretty good, but the One click fix old photo only works with the purchased version and I have a lot of photos to restore and didn't want to do them manually. I purchased the software added the key, restarted the software and the One click fix now says Restoring Photo then closes after making no changes at all. I have tried this with several photos, and it does nothing. Went to online help and it shows you how to do it manually. I can do it manually in Photoshop and Lightroom. Does the button do anything? If so, how do I get it to work. If not, I’ll be requesting a refund.

Thanks for ordering our software!
You just need to uninstall the demo and then install the full version from the link in your order confirmation email. The neural network required to restore photos doesn't come with the demo, it's only in the full installer.

This promotion is running through PayPro Global meaning it is the vendor who needs to resend you the registration information associated to your purchase.

Tim Parsons I see that the real life outputs are rather poorer than the demos and website suggest. I have a set of old pictures that the software just can't do a better job with than I'd previously done with non-specialist photo editing software. I'd hoped for a lot better, if I'm honest, at this price. Any possibility of a refund?

It all depends on the images, sometimes the original is really poor quality, low resolution etc. - in such cases, automatic tools can't do much and manual work is needed (you have all the manual tools in PhotoGlory). I'm sorry for a delayed reply from our support team - their workload is signifigantly higher than usual right now, they're already working overtime, but there may still be some delays. Anyway, refunds take time because PayPro won't release the funds immediately. Perhaps you'd be willing to consider a replacement to speed it up - our support team can offer you some software or templates you might find useful.
