Norwel Gordon Your link: "Read the Full License details." does not link to a license agreement. It links to a poor FAQ with little detail.

I am concerned by: "You must install/register the software within 1 day, and cannot do so afterwards." because I am traveling and my other computer will not be available for several weeks.

Rudy Houghton I too, am concerned about the 1 day install stipulation to the purchase. If I can only install this one time, the same day it's purchased, and should something happen to my computer that I need to re-install it at some point in the future but can't, what good is the discount? I'd rather pay full price and OWN the software for as many times I might need to install it should anything happen that might warrant it. Thanks, but no thanks, even though it does look like a great program. I'm not stupid...

I was very excited about this software and all purchase it, but as others have mentioned regarding the above policy- this just seems way too stringent and unnecessary to me. In fact, I don't even understand the rationale (from the software developer's point of view), and it appears very customer/user
"unfriendly". :-( Is it possible this is a "policy typo", and not meant to be there? Are there any reps from "PearlMuntain" who could explain? Or perhaps Nico or another bits rep cold comment and shed some light on this unusual policy? There are still several hours left to purchase the deal, and I still think it looks like a really terrific and creative product. Hoping for some insight ... Thanks. -Brian

While once you get a copy of our software, the installation and registration or the license code are of no time limit, your can register it any time you want. And if you lost your license code, we will send you a new one. Besides, you can also enjoy a life-time technical support.

For us PearlMountain, once you purchased our product, you can install and register it any time you want, even one year later. If your computer crashes or you re-installed your system, thus lost everything, as long as your provide the purchase information of our product, we will send you the download link and new license code always. That's what called "life-time support". If you have any problems using our product, you can always send E-mails to support@pearlmountainsoft.com, and we will always reply within 2 days.

Paul joubert What concerns me is that i purchased the MAC & PC version about a week ago at a so called special price, which now in light of the freebie makes the special price NOT so special as well as BdJ's credibility is being tarnished. This is not the first time this has happened to me with BdJ.
Pity - I suppose all good things come to an end.

Many of our vendors offer smaller, longer-term discounts (weeks, months, years) on BDJ for their titles in addition to the short, 24-hour deals. When the 24-hour deals are not running, the discount reverts to the smaller, longer-term one. This is not something we hide behind or try to obscure. In both cases we think our discounts are special, but for obvious reasons we cannot offer an ongoing 100% discount.
