HJ B I have numerous (an understatement) that were received via the Thunderbird client, over the past 25 years and to date. The last few years are on my present computer. Prior ones are saved on eternal USB drives. In that time, I have gone through a number of computers. In some cases, I have just stored away the drives of those computers. Over this period of time I used the thunderbird folder system to sort out my emails, automatically or by hand, to topical folders.

1. Can PST viewer display emails that are in whatever formats thunderbird has used in the pas 25 years?

2. In some instances, I have just stored the entire Mozilla Thunderbird folder to an external USB drive. Can PST viewer display emails that are thus saved, i.e., apart from their original computer?

3. In some instances, I have added some of the email files from an older computer to the Thunderbird folder. Most of the time, I can get the folders and the emails they contain to display on the current computer. Sometimes, for reasons that are not clear to me, some folders will not display. Does PST have the ability to deal with that kind of problem?

4. For various reasons, a number of my stored emails include duplicates. Does PST viewer have a facility to flag duplicates so that I I can eliminate duplicates?

5. Can PST viewer search across multiple folders (e.g. inbox2020, inbox2021 and inbox 2005, for all emails to or from a particular correspondent?

Please find our responses below
1. PST Viewer Pro supports MBOX, PST, OST, MSG, EML an MHT formats. If your files are in any of these formats, we can display its content.
2. If the Mozilla folder has any of the supported formats mentioned above, we should be able to display those messages.
3. PST Viewer Pro should be able to display supported messages format from a folder or subfolder as long as the messages are not corrupted or encrypted.
4. No, PST Viewer Pro does not offer a de-duplication option/feature.
5. PST Viewer Pro can read multiple files and search across them as long as they are under one parent folder and the parent folder is selected.
