What are people saying about QnE Companion

Brad B Fortunately, the Windows taskbar problem I complained of in my post a little less than an hour ago has been completely resolved, so that I have regained all taskbar functionality. Furthermore, having determined that there is no inherent conflict between using QnE Companion and preserving full functionality of my Windows 11 taskbar, I've decided to buy QnE Companion.

The resolution of my taskbar problem occurred when, in conjunction with looking for any taskbar setting adjustment that might fix the problem, I tried resizing the taskbar through the normal drag-and-drop method. ** Reducing the size of the taskbar through drag-and-drop resizing fixed everything. **

I just noticed for the first time that using drag-and-drop to increase the size of the Windows 11 taskbar beyond a certain point consistently causes the problem I complained of in my previous post, and that reducing taskbar size through that same process consistently eliminates the problem. As a result, I now believe that if QnE Companion had anything to do with the disruption of my Windows 11 taskbar's functionality, it was only by somehow causing the size of the taskbar to become too large.

I also now think it's possible that in the course of clicking on the QnE Companion launcher to adjust its settings, I may have inadvertently done something to increase the taskbar's size beyond the point at which the taskbar's functionality is disrupted.

In any case, I apologize to the publisher of QnE Companion for having mistakenly accused QnE Companion of messing up my Windows taskbar. And to anyone whose Windows taskbar has stopped displaying app icons for apps that are opened or pinned, I recommend using the taskbar resizing process to reduce taskbar size until the missing app icons reappear.
