1. WTH is the deal with a mere 7-second sample video?
1a. What exactly can potential buyers GLEEN from that brief bit of info?

It shows a screenshot of the software UI, it does a few second countdown and
THAT'S IT !?

Not even any audio???

2. So...................... I went to the homepage of the vendor.
No good DEMO videos there either.
[unless I missed a link to SEE MORE DEMOS!?]

NOTE: ****[IF I MISSED SOME ACTUAL VIDEOS, such as longer, 3 TO 5 MINUTE example videos, of this s/w in action, I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE.
I just couldn't find ANY longer videos on the vendor website?]

3. Please provide URL links to some of your HOW TO videos.

QUESTIONS:

1. HOW CAN any potential buyer make a reasonable buying decision based on the MEGA-SHORT, 7-second, VIDEO example; impossible!

2. **Come on RECMASTER!
2a. **At least THROW US A BONE HERE!

2b. Ideally, I'd like to see this in s/w action, IN A 3-5 min video.
I might not like it so I hesitate to invest my time to install and then uninstall, a trial version of it.

3. How does it compare to TechSmith CAMTASIA?

3A. Or is it more like Techsmith SNAGIT?

disenchanted Licensing and the Bitsdujour "FINE PRINT":

1. Is it for a "single" desktop or laptop?

2. Can it be on both a Single desktop & Single laptop, though non-concurrently?

3. Is it "per user" or "per computer"?

4. Is it okay on all computers in the household, "AS LONG AS only one PC uses it at a time"?

Regarding the hidden comments: when you cannot find one of your comments, please click the "Load X Older Comments" link at the top right of the comment section, hidden comments are usually folded up under that link. The reason for this is that our system groups comments based on the type of promotion active at the moment the comment was added.

jckinswo I just bought the program with no problem. Go to copy/paste the usual gargantuan registration code and THIS PROGRAM DOESN'T ALLOW IT!!!!! A right click in the registration code bar to pull up the Paste does absolutely nothing. Just got through installing two other programs so it sure as hell isn't on my side. I'm absolutely furious at the waste of time and possibility of errors due to this stupidity on your side.

Edit: It looks like copy/paste is supposed to work according to instructions but nope. It copy/pasted fine to a WP program. Nothing unusual in my setup and never a problem before. Please register it from your side.

ZAY Had an issue with the license was invalidated after a hardware change and contacted support - have not heard anything from them for a week now, not sure if that email is still being monitored.
