Yes, you can if you are able to install PC Activity Viewer Agent on the target PC manually.
And no, you can't kill processes on the remote PC but it is a good feature and I have added it to the to do list for the next official release.

Alex Ferri Yes. The procedure to uninstall is the same to install and it leaves no traces at all. While the agent is running it is completely undetectable too. Just for the record when you install the agent it automatically creates a firewall rule and it also sets itself to start with the PC when windows starts for all users of the PC.

Dunking This lists W2K as an OS it runs on, but it also lists .net4 as a requirement and that doesn't install on W2K. Also, there is this business of the license being tied to a PC.

Is it the case that the agent and application have different requirements? That is, the agent will run on W2K but the monitoring PC needs .net4 (and the agent doesn't)? Also, is the license for the agent or monitoring PC, or both (for the purposes of email activation)?

When installed and registered says components are missing.

Gary Smith In the instructions after clicking "Get it for Free" there is a long list of content. Step 4 presents a problem:

Step 4. You still need to click the Continue button below and go through the registration steps to get your registration key/code to register the application.

There is no "Continue button" on that page.

Going through that method, there is a screen that shows the item along with the Order-ID and a link to "Send Key to my e-mail address." When that link is clicked, a page shows the "Identification of customer" and a field that is labeled as "Order-ID" but the value already filled in is not the same as the one shown in the previous screen. There is also a field labeled "HARDWARE-FINGERPRINT" that is empty. There is no way for the customer to know what to fill in for this field, and without it, the customer cannot continue.

Alex Ferri It is usually the anti-virus. When you request a key it takes 5 seconds. If it takes more than 30 seconds it means the program is not getting Internet access.

Elliot Sloane Weird response from you, Alex Ferri. I just told you that I turned off the antivirus, and there is not difference. I cannot access anything useful at your Control Panel, either. I sign in, but there is no access to license keys showing. It looks like your servers are down; it takes 1-2 minutes for each screen to change. I have zero Internet latency this morning on any other web site, either.

Hasan User This This program is not ready to be released. I spend a long time to install without any luck. The installation process has many steps that makes the change for something to go wrong extremely high. I recommend removing it from your website and redesign the program from the ground up.

What I am seeking is to be able to control a remote computer as if I am sitting in front of it. It is not clear to me that Remote Control Pro, Lan Edition does that.
