Cesar Figueiredo I've been waiting for the Remove Logo Now Pro promotion and it's today. By mistake, I clicked on the X with red underground (on the top of the screen) right before accepting the download and lost it, and now, of course, a new attempt of downloading it fails. Could you please help me get it?

Frank J Perrotta Just tried registering Remove Logo Now Pro and getting "You have entered incorrect registration code"!

I have simply copied and pasted the license key plus used the same email as I use here??? Checked and double checked the license key and all is correct! Do I use another email addy???

I am wondering if this is AGAIN a PC online issue... I download these apps on my Mac then transfer to my PC (which I prefer to never touch the internet).

If there is a way to fix this would be nice, without having the PC online... thanks.

Cesar Figueiredo Please ignore my previous message. As I lost the download, I immediately tried recovering it by asking you for help. Then, I found out I had a second chance by clicking on the "download" button on the e-mail I received, which contains the registration code. I did so and it worked. It's already installed and registered. I missed Remove Logo Now Pro yesterday, when I needed it.

J. M. Neal There seems to be nothing in the Help contents referring to "simple mode" or "advanced modes"... at least when I searched the contents by those keywords. I'm at a loss to figure out how to select from the multiple modes proclaimed. I've tried using the Chameleon setting and the Blur setting... and both results were very poor in removing a static logo. The Chameleon setting proved to leave a reflective area and the Blur setting left a gray smudge. Very disappointing. Would appreciate better information on using the program. The link for an online video went to a "buy" page (where I could not locate a video). Hope the support at SoftOrbits will respond.

Lisa Ha @Cesar: switch off your modem/router and wait a couple of minutes, then switch on again (so you normally get a new IP. Meanwhile, before turning on again, clear the browser's cache and cookies...).

Frank J Perrotta @Constantin Florea - I just tried again and made sure the installer was from the receipt email as well as copied and pasted the registration code from the email again.

I got the same error! I have double checked everything.

Any other suggestions?

Cash Monet I emailed support as told by the error message but still waiting for response. Received error "SaveKey: Error saving the key -"

Eugene Ustinenkov License key is still valid. If you have errors like "Error saving key" please check that program is not blocked by your antivirus or firewall.

Cash Monet @Constantin Florea and @Eugene Ustinenkov , Thanks for following up.
I checked logs of AV, Firewalls and Event Viewer and the only mention was of the completed install.
Re-tried registration again a while ago and it went through okay.
I can only assume some background program had locked part of the file tree that needed to be accessed.during the registration attempts last night.
