bvssunnydale When questions get asked and there's no quick reply, it tells me that this is one vendor that, under no circumstances, would I be willing to trust. And this is software that can lock you out of your machine and that, if it fails you need instant support. Why offer a discount on a day you're not available to answer (to be expected) questions?
