3. You're using an image of The Simpsons, an image from the movie Deliverance, and others on your site that one would presume you need permission to use. Did you obtain permission from the producers of those shows to use images from their production? If not, how can we trust you have the rights to the music you're offering?

Alexander User 1.Yes I'm composer/producer.
2. There isn't any software involved,no need to download any software
3.All images on my site are from public domain image services such pexel.com. As for Deliverance and Simpsons I believe they don't overstep 'fair use' doctrine

Alexander Deliyannis "Your membership includes a year of unlimited downloads of music for use in one product, with no broadcast use." Can you clarify what you mean by "one product"? I would assume that if it is, e.g. a video, I would use just one piece of music, but then buying that specific piece seems better value than this subscription offer.

Also, does "no broadcast use" include the internet, e.g. a video with music from your site cannot be made available via Youtube?

Alexander User You are right,it is no use to have unlimited downloads if you can use it in only one project. It should have said unlimited downloads and use in accordance with standard license. Which means standard limitations apply except for 'one end product' part. You can use it in unlimited projects during one year. You can use it for YouTube of course.
I updated license terms on my site and made it clear that if license is obtained trough subscription you are not limited in number of projects.
