A User This is the most difficult program to install.
I have jumped through all the hoops and still cannot see where to download from.
I have been an hour already, I am giving up. Not worth the hassle.

Bob C Had same problem as RichU: "(Could not load file or assembly 'SWB.Core.dll'or one of it's dependencies. The specified module could not be found)". Clicked OK to "Ignore" and got the Windows option to check online or Close Program. Reloaded program (used Repair option) but had the same problem.

Loyal Customer I just made a guess which package to download, and downloaded the Studio 64 package.
Installation was fine, but when you run the program, the shell comes out, and you select the application from it (like Word, Excel, etc.), but beyond that you are dead, there is no help or labels when you hover over any menu item.
So you would not know what to do, except by trial and error.
If you like very long learning curves, and you have the time for that, then by all means get this software.
This program has a very long way to go in terms of user interface. I don't know about its performance, though.

For me, I say thanks to Revo Uninstaller!!!

You need install the pre-requirements if you see "Could not load file or assembly 'SWB.Core.dll ..." error when run the software after installation.

You recommended two software here. In order to increase the advertising effect, I'll say it again for you. They are: Revo uninstaller! and LibreOffice! But if you use Revo uninstaller alternative to search, there will be many, many. Similarly, LibreOffice has many, too. In addition, LibreOffice was available 12 years ago. You only installed it today. It's a little late.

I don't advertise to or for anyone actually.
Revo goes on sale here at BD quite often, and it doesn't need me to advertise.
It is the best uninstaller out there hands down. I have tried quite a few others.

LibreOffice is an open-source, free product that needs no advertisement. It can't get better than Free.
I have used both products for many years.
I uninstalled LO hoping that I would want to keep the Sanwhole office, but it is just not ready.
1) It needs quite a bit of work to improve the User Interface. Right now it is far from being intuitive.
2) It needs to make the installation easier, as you have seen by the complaints of frustrated potential users here.
3) Also, it needs to make the product registration easy (from inside the product without being FORCED to create an account at your website, or even go to your website at all).
4) The link to the download is confusing. People don't know which file to download.
Not everyone can figure out which is which.
Clicking on the "Download" link in the email should start downloading the file immediately, without having to go to a web page and try to GUESS which file to download.

These are given things, we see them practiced by vendors every day here (who offer their software).
I hope that you take my feedback seriously for improvement, and not be hostile towards me.
Put the product in people's hands more often, get their feedback, regardless of how negative it is.
If I was to tell you what you like to hear, there would be no improvement to the product.
