You used to just keep a calculator on your desk for quick work. Then, as you found yourself going to the internet more and more often to look up variables (because you don't memorize pi to ten digits), you started using the calculator that came with your operating system. How great would it be, then, to have a calculator app that not only was easy to use, but that also came with built-in functions and a whole host of variables that you could use just by pointing and clicking?

With Scabery Expression Calculator, you'll not only be able to perform arithmetic and trigonometric calculations, you'll also have access to a mortgage calculator, base converter, and scientific calculator! Over 50 different functions and many, many variables are included, saving you the time and hassle of looking them up.

Scabery Expression Calculator also gives you the best of the calculator and the computer worlds by offering features that you've grown accustomed to using in your other applications. Use copy and paste to automatically populate entries, and the undo/redo function comes in handy when you make a mistake. Scabery Expression Calculator even saves your history of calculations, so rerunning a recent equation is as simple as pulling it up!

With the ability to start automatically on system boot, and to stay on top of your other active windows, Scabery Expression Calculator is guaranteed to meet and exceed all of your calculation needs!

Frank Stephens What "many, many variables are included"? I see only a few. Yes, this has history and user variables, which the Vista calculator doesn't, but otherwise they have similar functions, except that the Vista calculator supports scientific notation, multiple bases (directly) and logical operations. You can use online mortgage calculators. Haven't developers (and users) heard of Microsoft Math (free trial)?

Peter User Hi S.E. Calculators:

Can this program print a tape of the entries in a calculation? For example, adding up a long column of number?

And if you can recall a calculation set (from the history) , could you also print the list from that set?

Dmitry Lodyakov No, you can't yet. But you can do this in future version of this program. Buy it now, and you will get free update to new versions.

Frank Stephens So, Ken Wong, you're saying that Microsoft Math sucks because it does 10,000 times more than your product? You can turn off the step-by-step solutions. (The better link is after "read more" in my comment.)

Ken Wong No, it's sux not because it does more things, It sux just because it sux.

Frank Stephens Ken Wong, I'm not going to reply to you any more. If you want people to buy your product, you have to tell them what advantages it has over the alternatives. Simply saying that everything else is bad isn't a response. Scabery Expression Calculator 2 doesn't do much of anything, and I did try it. Microsoft Math, which has been around a very long time, has so many more features for the same retail price (not today's price) that there's no comparison. Although the keyboard is most convenient, Microsoft Math lets you draw expressions (but you have to draw fairly precisely). Scabery offers little over even the Windows Calculator, and doesn't do some things which the Windows Calculator does.
