Metta Zetty I purchased this app through Bits Du Jour, and I could not find the 50 background designs (described on the following page) anywhere in the application or in the installation folder:

Is there a place where these background images can be downloaded?

Or, are they accessible through the application interface? If so, where?

Lonny User this was on for $ 14.99 three hours ago, now it is $ 11.99, no wonder i bought it although it is ok slideshow maker but there is no way to share to social media like it says in the info or download to a video file, which is no good too me, also i burnt it to a DVD, it burnt it and said finished but when i open up the DVD it was blank, I will be contacting Paypal for a refund, gee you cannot trust anything any more, lies, lies for to get that almighty dollar..

Individual Software Support Lonny,

We’re sorry you encountered this problem. You may have expected some features that are in PhotoStudio Expressions, like greeting cards and photo albums. Slideshow Expressions, the product you did purchase, is designed for making slide shows, burning them to a DVD, and converting those finished products to post online. When we reached out to you to help you resolve these issues, you refused any support. We moved forward with a refund of the purchase. You did not have to go to Paypal for the refund.

If in the future you would like a product that does everything you have read, please contact us. We can send that product to you. We have not lied to you, and will continue to try and support you if you are willing to accept it.
