BinaryNow Run it same way as you would do with exe. Download to your desktop and then double click..

John Vandermeersch Alas, the downloaded file is an .msi file which invariably causes a 2502 and 2503 error on installation. Could I possibly have the install file sent to me in an .exe format. They never cause me any problems.

John Vandermeersch It is the usual error dialog box that simply states the error code - one box for the 2502 error and one for the 2503 error.

BinaryNow Install is available only in MSI format. Our recommendation is to download it first and save it, lets say to desktop and then double click to install. If the download is corrupted you can download directly from our web site at: http://download.binarynow...isher4.msi

SlimPublisher 4.0 requires .Net Framework 2.0 or 3.5. If you use Windows XP or Windows 8.0, this is not activated by default. If you need any assistance, please contact us at support

BinaryNow 2503- 2502 error.. If using Windows 8, try to install it under administrator account.

Louis H Installed without any problems on my Win 7 Home Premium 64bit system. I have Net Framework 3.5 and 4.0 installed. Program started up and is running without problems. Registration went through without any hiccups.

This was the file downloaded from the link in the screen provided by BDJ after I completed the survey.

I know different systems will have different results, but it helps me when folks who do not have problems also share their experience.

You likely already know this, but just in case... Just because you are logged in with an administrator account, doesn't mean you are running administrator privileges. You could try this: right click on the .MSI file, and choose "Run as administrator."

John Vandermeersch Bruce Fraser - right clicking an .msi file does not offer the option of "run as administrator" at least not on my machine.

Jack Johnson To all who have struggled because of me ...
The error did not occur in the program, but when trying to download it.
Especially when you click on the "Like" - Button on Facebook, popt on my message described.
I have it now, hours later tried and it works.

cyanic I'm getting error 1324. Sure enough, opening the package with InstEd, I can see that a few entries in the Directory table is messed up. A reminder to the developer: Windows Installer can't handle Unicode in MSI databases (at least on XP), so make sure the paths you're inputting are in plain ASCII, and not using any characters that may be out of the ASCII range.

Daryn Bogart Finally got it to install but now get an error message saying invalid license code even though the purchase was made on 5/28/14 as required.

BinaryNow Contact BinaryNow support department with a serial number you are trying to type in. Users usually add empty space before or after serial number when they copy and paste it. Regardless we can verify your keys over the email.
