Bill M No activation key was received. Requesting an activation key on the installation window makes it a trial version.

That said, I ended up uninstalling the app because I could not even get it to run properly. When opening, I would see a white window that could only be removed via task manager (Win 10, 64bit).

The whole exercise was a complete waste of time.

Mr Dave Not the smoothest of installations but I got everything to work, it's installed and registered. No movies on my new PC yet, so I can't say how well it works.

Not sure why I had to enter email and license key TWICE, once during install and again after starting the program. Very odd in installation that it asks for License Key and then below that it asks for email so it can send the license key? No, key appears on web page. So I could have used any made-up email.

That's ok, I like SoftOrbits products, especially Sketch Drawer. Thanks BDJ and SoftOrbits!

Stephen Warkentien I don't understand how I got this program. Today I ordered SoftOrbits Screen Recorder - Giveaway version v1.1. The confirmation email gave me a download link to this video converter rather than the screen recorder.

May I get the Screen Recorder please?

D User I ordered the Video Converter. Checkout process kept telling me I would get the Screen Recorder. It was free so I went ahead and placed the order. Software that downloaded was the Video Converter, all ended well for me.

Seems someone was in hurry setting up these offers.

I already have installed version 1.1 and version 1.2, both beings giveaways and BOTH being BUGGED and UNUSABLE for me.

If not able to test by himself, will this vendor finally listen to the customer bug reports?

Might be a nice program some day. But at them moment, I stay away.
