Thanks for posting the question. I'll do my best to serve you well.

1. If you're installing on a 64 bit version of Windows, please use the proper installer called "SOS Click For Microsoft Office 64 Bit.msi". For Windows 32 bit (10 or 7) please use the installer called "SOS Click For Microsoft Office 32 Bit.msi"

2. If this doesn't solve your issue please try to create a login account with administrative privileges called admin or administrator and try to install the product using this account.

3. Please make sure to also download .Net framework as suggested during the beginning of the installation it's not already installed.

4. If all fail, we can arrange a remote support session using TeamViewer or any other remote desktop means you prefer - just let me know.

1, Thank you - I was confused whether 32/64 installer is meant for 32/64 Office version or 32/64 Windows version. I originally thought the former. Now seems to install OK.
2. Which version is offered? The original price 5 USD points to single Word or Excel or PP but the description more reflects the all in one version offered for 12USD on https://www.sos-click.com/shop.
3. Do you plan to include Microsoft Onedrive support?

1. Glad it works. On my site I explicitly explain it depends on the Windows version. I’ll see if that’s also possible on Bitsdujour to avoid confusion.
2. I offer actually 4 versions: one for each Office app (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as an all-in-installer. As I’m still experimenting with Bitsdujour I may not have introduced all the editions. In future promotions I’ll do just that for the benefit of those who need just one Office app or everything.
3.OneDrive is already supported. The buttons are there just to make it convenient to automatically set up the necessary fields based on the application but you can just point manually to the OneDrive location under your profile (usually C:\Users\profilename\OneDrive or something similar and it will save there for you and automatically upon saving will sync the file with OneDrive servers just like Dropbox).

Liran User Yes I understand but since it’s very cheap, at least I hope so, trial version wasn’t offered. As to Windows 11 - it wasn’t tested as this version was not available at the time of development. I’ll see what can be done but you could try to install it using compatibility mode. It worked for many in some cases where a given application would install as if I was running on Windows 7 or older.

As far as I know both Windows 11 and Office 2021 are supported. I’ve received feedback from users using the above versions and they said it’s fully functional.

Michael User The download link I was given is the version that only installs the product for WORD. Enen though the file name looks correct, if you check the properties of the executable you can see this. Can I please get the correct version?
