CJCotter Have you ever emailed technical support of some company, and their response is such, that, they really DIDN'T read it? They speed-read through your inquiry so badly, that in their reply, they answer questions you never asked. I'm going to buy this, but I'm really worried that it's going to turn me into one of those awful technical support people.

CJCotter Lest I be misunderstood, my comment was NOT a slam on the Spreeder company or on BitsDuJour. It was a generic statement against all companies that have email tech support. Sadly, it has been my experience that good tech support is often the exception and not the rule, among all companies who I've done business with.

Constantin Florea @Robert Harris, We have resent the receipt emails to all purchasing customers after updating the correct installer files to be used.

I just resent yours as well. Please uninstall the application and install it again using the installer mentioned in the latest receipt email you received. The registration should work with that installer.

Robert Harris Thanks for the update, I initially downloaded the file from the delivery page I was redirected to after purchasing but after not activating, ended up uninstalling and using the one I received in the email delivery

Robert Harris I do have one more question. though, has anyone own both Spreeder and Speed 7? From website description, Speed 7 is actual speed reading course and Spreeder is basically a cloud app to read and store your material.

Spreeder also has speed reading courses in the app, are they the same I would have access to if I owned Speed 7?
