Constantin Florea @Jan Drbohlav, We are aware of the issue unfortunately we do not have a solution for it. We encountered it a few times while testing the PayPal purchase flow for different products. We've seen this happening in other sites as well: sometimes the redirect works and in rare occasions it doesn't.

Here are a few suggestions:
- please try other browsers like IE or Chrome
- please try clearing the browser cache and cookies on the browser you're using and try going through the purchase flow again.

Joseph Dager The website shows the SSL certificate expired, and there seems to be a lot of choices to download the trial? Very confusing and makes someone uncomfortable with payment. Does BitsDuJour check things out before listing? Is this a reputable supplier?

Alexander Deliyannis I see that Contour is now on version 2 for Mac, with the Windows version expected within 2017. The promotion however is for version 1, both in Mac and Windows. What is the upgrade policy thereon?

Constantin Florea @Alexander Deliyannis, I am sorry about the confusion. For discounted promotions we must sell the latest version of the product which is present on the product website. Version 1 was sold the last time we ran the promotion and it seems we missed updating the version number in time for this promotion.

I have just asked the vendor to help clarify the latest version numbers as well as the upgrade policy which is specified in "The Fine Print" tab.

I removed the version number until it is cleared.

The vendor also wrote:
"We are working on Contour 2 for Win and we are shooting for a release late this year, but most likely Q1 next year. If we release this version 90 days before a customer orders Contour 1 for Win, they will get Contour 2 for Win for free."

Bob Bacle You are offering Persona 1 & Contour 1 and yet on your website it says that Contour 2 is supposed to be coming out this year.
Will buying this allow me to upgrade to the latest version(s) and for how long will I be able to upgrade?
Will there be a cost for an upgrade or will it be included in the price?

Mariner Software Hi Bob-
I believe the web site is a little optimistic on the release of Contour 2 for Win. I would guess more like Q2 of 2019. There are two other pressing upgrades before Contour. If 2.0 is out within 90 of a purchase of 1.0, we give the upgrade for free but again, I see a less than 10% shot of 2.0 shipping this year.
