Norwel Gordon I purchased this offer and received a complicated form they require being completed to use their system.

At the bottom is a field that requires me to agree to their terms, (EULA).

But the link to read the EULA returns the following:

"Sorry, the page you are looking for has not been found."

I may be old at 80 yrs, but still like to read before signing a binding agreement.

I also note that their web site does not seem to describe any "lifetime" option"

priced at $99.00 which they suggest they are offering at 70% off.

After many years I have found BDJ reliable and Constantine always helpful.

(Except recently, on Mondays when the usual valuable features like "The Conversation" have been missing.)

We typically don't have a lifetime option, this is just a limited time offer. The anticipated price mentioned is an average of how long people typically have the service. If someone wanted to pay monthly for life that price would be extremely higher.

This explanation makes me wonder and ask just how long have others been using this service and what is the average time before they terminate or quit?

Norwel Gordon I have received no reply to the above question.

The link to their TOS (EULA) provided above worked but the link on their web site still returns the message.
"Sorry, the page you are looking for has not been found."

The terms shown in the link above returned a TOS that included:

"AGREEMENT MODIFICATION
IPinator.com. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices at any time under which it provides the Services with or without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement for changes. Your continued use of our software and/or services after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such changes."

I have never seen such an extreme term in any EULA.

I cannot agree and request a refund of my purchase price.
