Robert Crombie I believe I have entered the 6 month key.
Used W11 PC
Received email with download link, and key.
Installed pgm.
Rummaged around to find where to enter key.
I am 81 with no memory, but i believe this was how (to find where to paste the key)-
I think (my memory is AGH!) I had to click Settings, to the find the 'About' thingy
Clicked the 'About' on the left
Faint small link at bottom (Don't recall what it was saying).
Clicked that and pasted key.
It worked.

Annett User Die Schrift im Programm (SurFast) ist viel zu klein und
sie lässt sich auch mit Strg + nicht vergrößern!
Zumindest als Kauf nicht empfehlenswert.

Ron Botting My updated McAfee AV immediately quarantined the download as a threat.

Jerry Voletto @Ron Botting. It's not a threat. I used VirusThreat, or whatever it's called, and it searched through all the major detectors. McAfee often gives false positives. I an assure you that I checked it thoroughly and it is safe.

Charlene User Hello Ron Botting, can you send us more information about the false positive? 1. The screenshot saying it is a threat. 2. The specific name of the antivirus software and its version. We will check it and contact McAfee about this. You can send the information to supportnablamind.com. Much appreciated!

https://d.nablamind.com/v...wnload.dmg

When downloaded and I express it then it tells me that the download is corrupt.

Charlene User Hello, please download it again and make sure you have downloaded the full file.
Nabla Mind - Jul 7 2025 at 2:29am Copy Link

Constantin Florea @Frederick User, In cases like this it would best that you first clear the contents of the Downloads folder of the browser you are using to download the file and only after that start a new download for that installer. This usually fixes cases like the one you mentioned (where the installer does not fully download and thus shows up as corrupt) .
