Virus Scan for Sweepstakes Ninja

Jason Howard Is there any point to this for users who are not US residents?

It seems the majority of all sweepstakes listed have US Residency as a condition of entry.

"Sweepstakes Ninja features integrated Disqualification Protection, helping to ensure that all of your entries are fully compliant with the rules of each sweepstakes."

I'm not sure how it works - but if you can get around that "Residency rule" - I could be interested. :)

Johnathan - Hi --

Thanks, this software is mainly designed for USA residents/sweepstakes.

However, it can be used to enter Canadian contests (in fact some of the 'Ninja Sweepstakes' are both US/Canadian). As well, English/Australian/Canadian/USA contests/sweepstakes can be entered with the built-in form filler. (You simply visit a website, click 'analyze form', then it fills it in. Plus, the form filler technology is constantly getting better to be able to fill in as many different types of forms as possible).

Thanks,

Johnathan

disenchanted Are there going to be any discounts to the "annual membership"?

Or is it just a one time discount on the one month license?

Johnathan - Hi!

Thanks -- we may run another promotion here for the annual membership, however right now, the yearly membership is available at $199 (saving you about 40% for a year's membership).

Thanks,

disenchanted Can someone buy more than one month of service through this offer?

Example: Can a person buy 6 months at the $13.50/month rate?

Or is this just a one month, one time offer?

Mike B I'm going to be honest here - I'm not a potential customer (sweepstakes aren't my thing).

However, I would be very, very interested if any BDJ customer who takes advantage of this offer and wins a sweepstakes using this product would come back to BDJ to post some details. Preferably in the forum, or I'll likely never see it.

A nice story like that would make my day - especially if the prize is large!

Jack G Hmm, it's only for 1 month? If I like it I would rather buy a larger block than 1 month, is this a cheaper way to get a trial? I would rather be able to purchase a year at the 50% off to be honest.

Jack G Glad I didn't buy this, no support from developer for my question at all, thought maybe something would be different with this offer based on previous statements.

This lack of support just for a question on a forum is probably indicative of the support they usually give.

Jack G Oh, sorry about the confusion, hadn't thought about that. I just got this comment because I was out of town for a bit. I decided to try a different service since I didn't hear back before I left and I haven't liked it much at all, if this offer is still good I'd like to try it. Let me know.

Rudy Houghton Very interested in trying the 3 month license. However my main computer is in the shop for repairs and will not get it back for several weeks. I'm now using an older laptop until I get it back. If I Purchase now and install on this temporary computer, when I get my good one back from the shop, will I be able to install it on that one and pick up where I left off on this one, as it will go back into storage until another disaster strikes? How will this work for me?

Feb 3 2013 at 8:09am Copy Link

0

Johnathan - The software is designed to help prevent you from entering too much so that you follow the rules. But if you try to override that (i.e, entering yourself 2x from two different computers), then yes, it is possible that you could disqualify yourself.

to fix this problem i just type this command on cmd and fix the problem

regsvr32 /u /s comdlg32.ocx

regsvr32 /s comdlg32.ocx

regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx

just in case some one else have the problem , BUT THIS SOFTWARE ROCKS

It is just for the first month. It is an introductory offer. If you like it, you then keep it at the regular rate. If not, it is easy to cancel as well.

Thanks.

Stephen Warkentien Jonathan,

A couple concerns:

I am hesitant about letting a program post my information hundreds of times. Do you screen surveys for privacy (spam and telemarketers for example)? Do you filter content in any way? For example I don't want to be committed to a timeshare presentation or enter sweepstakes for adult entertainment or other objectionable material. How do I ensure against that?

The sweepstakes I saw were mostly for free comic books (OK by me) or movies (most of which I would give away). Hardly the kind of prizes worthy of buying subscription software.

Thanks.

Stephen

Johnathan - Hi Bob --

Answering your questions.

a) With Sweepstakes Ninja, used daily -- you can get entered in about 400 sweepstakes *every* day. Used in one month, that is about 12,000 chances at winning prizes. If you were to enter everything by hand, it would take approximately a miminum of 60 hours, which is 1.5 weeks working 8 hours a day at a 9-5 job, doing nothing but entering. The software helps you accomplish exactly the same thing in about 2 hours. So -- if you were working 60 hours, @ $10/hour, - the $29/month -- you'd be 'saving' about $570 in terms of time, each month. So yes -- it is defintely worth it.
b) That being said -- right now you have a chance to try it out for $14.95. If you don't like it, you can easily cancel after the 1 month. If you do like it, then it will continue at $29/month, until you choose to cancel.

Thanks,

Johnathan

Johnathan - Hi Stephen:

All, good, valid concerns.

We do screen the sweepstakes to help prevent any kind of abuse -- but that being said, there may still be ones that manage to slip in. You can use things like a separate e-mail address, different phone number (reserved exclusively for sweepstakes), etc -- if you want to help protect your privacy -- but at the same time, have chances to win prizes.

On average, I'd say there are about 400 daily sweepstakes/day (sometimes more, sometimes less). While there are some prizes worth about $25-$50 in value (books/CDs, etc) -- there are also cash prizes ($500-$1000, sometimes $10k+), vacation packages (usually $1,000+), plus an assortment of other prizes.

For the price, it is worth trying out for at least one month to see if you like it. If you don't, it is very easy to cancel, and move onto something else.

Thanks,

Johnathan

Stephen Warkentien Thanks Jonathan,

Since you have a no refund policy I suggest you offer one extension to the subscription when the trial is completed.

If someone wanted a longer subscription could they buy two three-month subscriptions and use them one after the other?

Thanks,

Stephen
