Robert Patterson MS Edge on my Win 10 computer warns that the site is not secure for download. I downloaded anyway. VirusTotal noted one security vendor (SecureAge APEX) reported the app has malicious content, but no other negative info. I assumed the SecureAge Apex warning was false and installed anyway. I successfully registered the application with the emailed key. However, when I click the "OPEN" button to load a SWF file, I get the same error Antonio received: "Access violation at address 0060F49E in module 'SWF to GIF.exe'. Read of address 00000288"

I could use this app; wish it worked; perhaps someone can tell me how to fix it?

Rick User Lee Cooke, I think that you got a false positive. I just downloaded and installed it. Bitdefender didn't find any viruses.

Jerry Voletto Sort of misleading. You have to read the whole description to see that it apparently only supports Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. I don't see it supports Win 10 or 11.

Xi Annie Q: What should the user do if they cannot use the code to register for the program?

A: It is recommended that users uninstall the source program and try to open "Computer" ? "Libraries" ? "Documents" ? find the “Setup.ini” of the corresponding program and delete it ? restart the software and fill in the giveaway license code.
