Constantin Florea @fahad salem, In case of subscription based products we always try to put that information in the promotion page. It is true that in rare occasions this escapes us as well. In the case of this promotion, the product has lifetime use because there is no mention of a subscription period on the product page or on the purchase page.

I have also just contacted the vendor about this asking him to help clear the issue.

Constantin Florea @Kim Wells, Indeed, there is a Mac and Windows text label in the promotion page in the sense that there are Mac and Windows purchase items available during this promotion.

In case of promotions where we have multiple purchase items and one of those purchase items is listed as being (at least) for Mac and the other one (at least) for Windows then the promotion page will show that Mac & PC text underneath the bottom left of the top image.

However to see the exact platforms for each purchase item, you will have to click the Get This Deal button which will direct you to a page showing the purchase items titles, their prices (regular and discounted) and the platforms associated to each purchase item, specifically in his case, that page is:

fpi fpi About the fact that "SysTools PDF Unlocker" is unable to remove lost PDF password; just consult the web site, or play the demo video.
In practice, If the job is for example to clear the password of few pdf files, a series of individual operations will result in a free solution.
With recurrent jobs, a script, a macro, or an utility, will save time.
For a neophyte or not , that is the ratio betwen, time saving and money invested which decide of profitability or not.
It's like the classic need to rename family photos, either we develop his script under windows, or we buy an utility.

Pete User Please clarify, as the product name ("PDF Unlocker") implies that it can discover the password or password-protected PDF documents. After watching the video, I see that the user MUST enter a password if the document is password protected.

Does the software actually discover and remove any PDF passwords? (Or, does it just resave the document with different restrictions, such as "allow copying" or "allow printing"?)

SysTools Hi Pete User,

PDF Unlocker will not discover the password.

The tool is capable to remove owner level restriction.

Incase of User Level Password, user has to enter his password at once and after that tool will remove the password. So, next time use can open PDF without Password.
