HJ B The program purports to measure 30 aspects of computer health.

The demo only measures two aspects - bios and cd drive. I ran the demo and it said that neither of these had a problem on my pc.. Without showing what it can do, across the board, so to speak, the demo is worthless to me.

Have I missed something?

Thanks for your comments.
SyvirPC shows the WMI health of PC hardware components. This is internal diagnostic information on the main system hardware components. The program reports if there is an issue or has a historic problem with a particular hardware component. The demo just covers two hardware components. The full version covers over 30, depending on what extra hardware is in your pc.

Thank you for your note. As my first note stated, I knew that the SYVIR claimed to measure 30 different hardware components. My complaint is that a demo is supposed to demonstrate that. Your demo really tells me nothing about what your program does, and how well it does that.

I suggest you provide a demo that does the complete analysis for a week. Then, users can intelligently decide whether they wish to continue having that information.

Ela S. Hallo,

One of my notebooks is running high temperature, and thus shuts down after a while.

Will SyvirPC 3 show what the culprit rsp problem is?

Thank you for your question.
Providing the WMI codes are returned by Windows for the specific component then it will report where the problem is..

Eric Are there plans for further development of this software pack?

For all I know, it's already been at version 3.0 back in Dec. 2020 (and possibly before that).

Actually, I am sorry to learn that there are no immediate plans for further development, especially given the fact that -- despite the nice & creative interface -- the current version appears to be by no means perfect (at least on my PC, it misses quite a few "strategic" items, including RAM modules, video cards and NVMe drives, among them; see my direct mail of Dec. 14, 2020, for more detailed info).

Further development might have fixed such issues.

Having said this, I still hope for this nice pack to get improved reliability too ...

William Henry Is one of the components, the POWER SUPPLY, and/or the distribution of power going to each component????

For example, I have a Dell XPS computer with an NVIDIA 3060 graphics card, and the power requirement is about 400-450 watts, but the power supply is marked as 450 Watts, which means the power going to the motherboard, and other components is unknown.
